A History of Caring
Having worked as a nurse in the disability and aged care sectors our Director brings many years of experience to the local people we assist.
She has developed systems to enable our Support Worker team the space to do what they do best. Support local people with disabilities to have a more fulfilling life. With over 15 years of experience working in all levels of caregiving, we are passionate about supporting people with special needs to help them live happy, independent lives.
We are committed to providing high-quality disability support and services for people who need it in Melbourne and the rest of Victoria. Our disability care services include household task and personal activities assistance, travel and transport arrangement, and life skills development.
We empower our clients and their families to enjoy a better quality of life through these services, leading to better care access, choice and control.

With a background in healthcare administration and a deep understanding of the NDIS framework, our CEO ensures operational excellence and ethical service delivery.
2. Client Support Managers: Our client Managers Act as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing service delivery and ensuring client satisfaction.
Skilled in relationship management and service coordination, they ensure clients’ needs are met comprehensively.
3. Carers: our carers Provide direct support and care to clients, assisting with daily activities and ensuring the implementation of care plans.
Trained in various aspects of disability support, our carers are compassionate and dedicated to enhancing clients’ quality of life.
4. Carer Managers: our carer managers Manage and support the carer team, ensuring high standards of care and facilitating professional development.
With strong leadership and industry knowledge, they ensure that all care services are delivered effectively and safely.
5. Pasion 4 care Manager: our Manager Oversees the management of service agreements and provider relations.
Focused on building strong partnerships and maintaining compliance with NDIS regulations, they ensure that services are sustainable and client-focused.
6. Administration Team: our administration team Handles day-to-day administrative tasks, client communications, and office management.
Efficient and organized, they support the smooth operation of our services and are often the first point of contact for general inquiries.
7. Finance Team: our finance team Manages financial operations, including billing, NDIS claim processing, and budgeting.
Their meticulous attention to financial detail ensures transparency and accountability in managing clients’ NDIS funding.
